Payment Policy

Non-refundable rates require full prepayment at the time of booking, and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Basic Cancellation Policy (standard rate)
30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The outstanding balance should be paid within 14 days prior to the day of arrival. The payment can be made by credit card or with deposit in a bank account. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest arrival.

Basic Cancellation Policy (standard rate)
The 30% deposit (which is paid upon booking) is to be charged as cancellation fee in case you cancel your reservation for less than 30 days.
100% of the reservation cost to be charged in case you cancel less than 14 days or in case of no-show.
House Rules
- Pets are allowed on request
- Smoking prohibited indoors (only in outside area)
- Events or private dinner parties are subject to approval
- Respectful behavior and consideration for neighbors required
- Take care of the property as you would with your own home. You will be responsible for any damage or defacement that may occur to the residence, except for normal wear and tears. The cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.
- Please don't leave any electronic device (apart from the refrigerator) on while you are away. e.g. air condition, oven
INCLUDED SERVICES - BENEFITS
- Gardener 1 time a week (Usually Tuesday or Wednesday)
- Baby equipment is provided (Baby cot, highchair, sheets and blanket)
